I've waited a bit for this, just to give it a good test. Honestly, overall I can say this has been a fantastic purchase. Firstly, the customer service is incredible. I called them up on a bank holiday weekend, and they were able to support me picking it up the very next day. They even threw in 2 life jackets for us! We bought the double ranger tutti frutti as the colour stood out to us. We got it home and took it straight up the canal. The kayak itself is quite heavy and with difficulty one person can carry it, but 2 people is preferred. I may also end up getting a single seater for solo rides. But you can use the double solo too if you can carry it. The seats and oars are really good quality and the kayak itself is very sturdy. It's taken a few wall hits so far and only some slight scuffing on the edges. The only thing that annoyed me is foot marks seem to not wash or scrub out. But I'll find a way. I can't think of any reason to score these down. The product is great and the customer service is phenomenal. If you are looking for a new Kayak, go here!!!

Amazing service. Spoke to Kayaks direct at 9:15am on Weds, ordered at 9:30am, Kayak delivered by 8:30am Thursday. Less than 24 hours later! Plus DX delivery are sooooo easy to track. Very very happy!

Great service, providing great products, at very reasonable prices indeed. Rather than ordering online, and waiting a day or two, to see what I’d bought, I gave them a call, and went to visit them, as they weren’t so far from me. I got to see, and sit on the kayak, before deciding, and then drove away with it, after getting help to load it in the car. I was driving home with the kayak I’d wanted, with the additional peace of mind from seeing it up close first, all within a couple of hours of initially reaching out, and the assistance I received along the way was second to none. Absolutely delighted - many thanks!
