Refund policy

You may return your kayak within 30 days from the date of purchase to the following address:

Kayaks Direct Ltd. 14 Media Village, Liscombe Park, Soulbury, Leighton Buzzard, Beds. LU70JL

Once we receive your kayak, we will replace it or refund you.

If you would like us to collect your kayak, a courier fee of £50 will be deducted from your refund total.
